Out of Hours Typing Management System

SwiftTec have supported Out of Hours Typing for many years and have gained a great understanding of their business having developed web technology and solutions for them in the past, so SwiftTec was an obvious choice for their new management system.

The desire of Out of Hours Typing is that the system will take on most of the function of the day-to-day running of the business and is being designed developed in multiple phases to ease the system into place within the business and to spread the cost of development. This approach also allows the customer to be comfortable that each phase meets their needs during operation before commiting to the next phase.

The planned phases are as follows:

1. Capture and track incoming work with assignment to staff. Produce and track invoices.
2. Basic accounting functions to track payments and other business finances.
3. Custom job upload/download system with full integration with earlier phases.

At each stage SwiftTec will work with the customer to understand their requirements and produce a solution that matches those requirements.
