SwiftTec FAQ: How to delete accounts in the Loyalty Tracking System
You want delete an account from the Loyalty Tracking System.
Before proceeding make sure that this is what you really
want to do as this operation is permanent and cannot be undone. All
records relating to the delete account will be removed.
- Please check the warning above before proceeding.
- Start the main Loyalty Tracking System program
- Select View/Options from the menu
- From the Program tab tick the box Allow accounts to be
delete from the Account View
- Press the OK button
- From the main screen click on the View Account
- Select the account you wish to delete and press the OK button
- Select Action/Delete Current Account from the menu
- In the popup box
Press Yes to delete the account, or No to cancel the delete
- Optionally return to the View/Options and untick the box
Allow accounts to be delete from the Account View
