Viewing a Member Report
The software allows you to view and print a member report. To do this select View Report from the action menu, toolbar or start page. You will then be prompted to select the report to be viewed.
There are three main categories of reports, each represented by a tab in the dialog.
Extra tabs may be available depending on the configuration chosen/licenced.
Select this category for reports that list the members in the database based on the specified criteria
This category produces a report listing the member visit activity.
This category produces various miscellaneous reports.
The member reports allow you to select a list of members from the database for viewing/printing. The Select from column allows members to be selected from Active, Cancelled or all members. The Select only column allows the selected members to then be further filtered by the select selected criteria.
These reports provide a list of member visit activity. The report can be set to include Entry records or Exit records or both. The range reported can be limited by specifying a from or to date. If either date is left blank it remains open ended, i.e. If the From date is blank and the To date 1/1/2006 the report will contain all records up to and including 1/1/2006.
