Getting Started

SwiftTec Loyalty Tracking System is a simple software system that allows you to track loyalty points accumulated by your customers.

Running the software for the first time

When you run software the first time you may get a popup box asking you the run the setup tool. You must do this and select a licence before you can run any of the system software.

 

The Startup Screen

Once the preliminary information has been entered or verified you will be presented with the startup screen.

 

The start screen allows quick access to all of the major functions of the program, each of which are described in their own section.

  • Adding and editing members
  • Viewing a member
  • Adding and editing accounts (customer groups)
  • Viewing an account
  • Printing member cards and passes
  • Viewing and printing reports

 

Customising the Startup Screen

You can customise the startup screen by selecting View/Options from the menu and selecting the Logo tab

Here you have a choice of displaying an image or text as a logo aligned to the left, centre or right. The default is to display no logo.
