Backing up the data is an important part of any computer system and we recommend that you make regular backups of the data. With the SwiftTec Club Membership System this is very easy to do.
You need to backup the whole folder where the membership database is stored.
In the above example you should backup the data folder and all of its sub-folders.
You should also backup the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SwiftTec\Club Membership System
If you are not sure where the data folder is located you can find this information by looking at the datadir value in the registry under the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SwiftTec\Club Membership System by using regedit.
