The Club Membership System comes with a number of features that can be separately licensed and will enable functionality in the programs and modules that was previously hidden or disabled.

| Operators | When operators are enabled the Admin Tool can be used to add, delete or edit an operator. Operators can be granted or denied access to various programs and have passwords assigned to them thus preventing unauthorised access to the programs. |
| Passes | Passes are intended for use in conjunction with the FrontGate module. When passes are enabled they can be created/edited in the main program and used by the FrontGate to members to gain admission to the club as an alternative to payment. |
| Transactions | Transactions are intended for use in conjunction with the FrontGate module. When transactions are enabled they can be created/edited in the main program and used by the FrontGate module. |
| Loyalty Points | Loyalty Points are intended for use in conjunction with the FrontGate module. When they are enabled members can collect and redeem loyalty points which the club have defined. Points can be collected either by a manual user-driven process or they can be automatically collected according to the amount a member spends at the club. Redemption of points can optionally be assign a financial value. The way loyalty points operate is set using the Admin Tool. |
