The SwiftTec Club Membership System was designed to meet the requirements of a small to medium sized club. It creates a customizable database of club members which allows for the user to store information such as:
The system allows the user to create credit-card sized membership cards containing barcodes. When used in conjunction with an optional barcode scanner this allows easy tracking of members on and off the club premises if so desired.
The SwiftTec Club Membership System is a suite of programs designed to work together to manage a club's membership data. It consists of several modules that work together.

In addition to the main program the Club Membership System comes with a number of additional modules. Most of the modules are designed to be run on a computer that is networked to the main computer containing the club membership database.

Visit Logger | The visit logging module is intended to work in conjunction with a barcode scanner to log entry to and exit from the club. |
FrontGate | The FrontGate module is similar to the checkout module but allows for a single charge to be made. Payment can be made using cash, credit/debit cards or passes. The module also integrates passes into the main Club Membership System program. |
Admin Tool | The Admin Tool allows the user to change various aspects of the
behaviour of the membership system such as:

The functionality of the Checkout module has been merged into the FrontGate module and has therefore been discontinued.
The Club Membership System comes with a number of features that can be separately licensed and will enable functionality in the programs and modules that was previously hidden or disabled.
Feature | Description |
Operators | When operators are enabled the Admin Tool can be used to add, delete or edit an operator. Operators can be granted or denied access to various programs and have passwords assigned to them thus preventing unauthorised access to the programs. |
Passes | Passes are intended for use in conjunction with the FrontGate module. When passes are enabled they can be created/edited in the main program and used by the FrontGate to members to gain admission to the club as an alternative to payment. |
Transactions | Transactions are intended for use in conjunction with the FrontGate module. When transactions are enabled they can be created/edited in the main program and used by the FrontGate module. |
