SwiftTec: Club Membership System

Overview

The SwiftTec Club Membership System was designed to meet the requirements of a small to medium sized club. It creates a customizable database of club members which allows for the user to store information such as:

• Full contact details (name, address, phone and e-mail)
• Emergency contact details (name, address, phone, e-mail and relationship to member)
• Standard attributes/flags (Banned, Suspended, Membership Cancelled)
• User-definable attributes/flags
• User-definable member type. e.g. Normal, Staff, Junior
• A very large free-text field allowing comprehensive notes to be kept
• Photos

The system allows the user to create credit-card sized membership cards containing barcodes. When used in conjunction with an optional barcode scanner this allows easy tracking of members on and off the club premises if so desired.
