Loyalty Tracking System A suite of programs designed to run a loyalty points club for shops, clubs, hotels, restaurants and similar enterprises in a manner similar to that used by large shopping chains. Integrated with for address/postcode lookups.

The SwiftTec Loyalty Tracking System was designed to meet the requirements of a shop or club which needs to maintain a membership database and to track the collection and redemption of loyalty points. It has the following features:

• Intuitive easy-to-use interface
• Creates credit card sized membership cards with integrated barcodes
• Customizable card backgrounds and logos
• Works with optional barcode scanner to add and redeem loyalty points
• Optional points collection and redemption from a remote (networked) PC
• Produces reports on membership, transactions and other statistics
• Each member record has:
  • Account name
  • Full contact details (name, address, phone, mobile, e-mail) for a primary and secondary member
  • Anniversary information
  • User definable attributes/flags
  • Free text field for notes (e.g. allergy information)
• Requires Windows XP or later
• Will run with Windows Vista and Windows 7
• Uses a Microsoft Access compatible database allowing the user to create custom reports and interfaces
• Can use SQL server or MySQL as an alternative database solution

Downloads and Trial Versions

You can download a copy of the latest version of the Loyalty Tracking system from our downloads page. If no licence is supplied you can run the program in demo mode which will limit you to 5 members in the database. If you need to test the software on a larger database you can obtain a trial licence key by requesting one by e-mail from sales@swifttec.co.uk..
